Ms Nadja Bouillanne

Nadja is a personal assistant with a strong background in administrative support, case management, and operations across professional services environments. She holds an LLB in Law from the University of Surrey and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Birmingham. Her academic training spans commercial, employment, and company law, alongside practical legal research and client-facing experience.

Prior to joining Sequoia Genetics, Nadja worked as a Paralegal in a UK law firm, managing her own caseload and supporting solicitors across litigation and advisory work, while handling complex administrative responsibilities. Earlier roles across legal services, education support, and high-pressure customer-facing environments have strengthened her organisational skills, discretion, and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced settings. She has also contributed to legal content creation and pro bono work, including volunteer casework and translation for human rights organisations. At Sequoia Genetics, Nadja supports the leadership team with coordination, communications management, and operational support, helping ensure the smooth running of the business.
