Ms Trisha Anne Marbil 

Trisha is an early career HR professional , having graduated with an MA in Human Resources (Distinction) from the University of Hertfordshire, where she was also awarded the Rising Star Award in 2024. She is a CIPD Level 7 Associate Member, reflecting her growing knowledge and commitment to professional development.

With around five years’ experience across various international companies, Trisha has a diverse background that spans not only HR, but also broader business operations. This cross-functional experience enables her to approach her work with practical understanding on how to continuously contribute insight and drive organisational success.

At Sequoia Genetics, Trisha plays a key role in supporting the leadership team and contributing to the ongoing development of the business, with a focus on delivering high quality, people-centred support in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
