You work with large-scale genetic datasets and apply statistical and computational methods to uncover causal relationships between genetic variants, molecular traits, and disease outcomes. Your analytical rigour drives the methodological core of our work.
What you contribute
- Statistical genetics: GWAS, Mendelian randomisation, PheWAS
- Experience with UK Biobank, FinnGen, or similar large cohorts
- Programming skills in R and/or Python
- Bioinformatics pipeline development and management
- Machine learning applied to genomic data
